I, as the exhibitor, understand that Robert A Peck Gallery staff will take every reasonable step to ensure safe handling and exhibition of my art.

 I, as the exhibitor, understand that the Robert A. Peck Gallery will fully insure artwork while on CWC property for the sale value.  CWC shall be responsible for any loss or damage to said artworks during the period of this loan, providing such loss or damage is not caused by any act or failure to act on the part of the exhibitor or any failure of the exhibitor to notify CWC in writing of any physical characteristic of the loaned artworks necessitating special care or treatment to prevent loss or damage to said artworks.  In addition, CWC shall not be liable for any loss or damage in excess of the estimated actual cash value of the loaned artworks.  If a claim is filed, the exhibitor will be asked to prove the cash value of artwork from previous sales.

 I, as the exhibitor, allow the Robert A. Peck Gallery/CWC to use images of my artwork taken in conjunction with the exhibition, installation and take down, to promote the exhibition, during the exhibition, and in future promotions.  I will provide RAPG with 300dpi images to use for marketing.  RAP will give me photo credit on images.   I retain copyright to my artwork.

 I, as the exhibitor, understand that I am not allowed to make permanent physical alterations to RAPG facilities without explicit permission from the gallery director. I shall be responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of my artistic displays.

 I, as the exhibitor, understand that Robert A. Peck Gallery maintains the right to terminate this contract at any time with at least one (1) week’s notice in writing via either email or physical mailing. Under this circumstance, I, the exhibitor, will be required to, and responsible for, the removal of my art from the gallery within 3 business days of notification.

 I, as the exhibitor, understand that I maintain the right to terminate this contract with at least one (1) week’s notice in writing via either email or physical mailing.  I, as the exhibitor, allow Robert A. Peck Gallery to release my name, phone number, e-mail, and website address to the public for sales and promotion purposes.

I , as the exhibitor, understand that if my artwork is selected, I will either hand deliver my artwork or ship it to RAPG.  Shipping/drop off address: Nita Kehoe, Robert A. Peck Gallery, Central Wyoming College, 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, Wy 82501.  Hand delivered artwork, is to be dropped off at RAPG on September 8th during the hours of 12-3pm or 5-7pm.  If shipping artwork(Fed Ex, UPS, etc), it must be received by RAPG by 5pm on September 8th.  I will include a return shipping label for my artwork to be returned at the end of the exhibit. Artwork will remain on exhibit through October 16th at 9pm. Pick up of artwork is on October 19th from 10am-7pm.  If my artwork is to be shipped back to me via a prepaid shipping tag provided by me on October 21st.  If artwork is not picked up or a return shipping label is not provided  by October 23rd,  it becomes the property of RAPG. No packing peanuts.

 I, as the exhibitor, understand that Robert A. Peck Gallery will encourage the sales of my artwork and will charge no commission.  Patrons wishing to purchase artwork will contact me directly or RAPG staff will contact me with patron information.

 I, as the exhibitor, understand that the artwork will remain up for the duration of the exhibit, September 11th-October 16th, 2026.
